Your Role Here at KESHA BEAUTY SUPPLY:

As a Sales Associate, you will serve as a hair fanatic and product expert! You will welcome each customer with a warm greeting and deliver knowledgeable information and stellar service. In addition, you will:

Formulate organic conversations with clients that lend to their beauty needs and product wants
Suggest products to customers based on customer hair type and styling goals
Share product knowledge when necessary
Assist in operations including inventory control, loss prevention, compliance with sampling policies and procedures, and facilitating store cleanliness
Stay abreast of all training requirements, including beauty trends, application, and in-store events
Process payments, exchanges, returns, and other transactions with customers in a knowledgeable and polite fashion
Be aggressive! Push yourself to obtain additional training
Be a leader, share your skillset: train new sales associates as they onboard
